CloudSeekers was founded to challenge old fashioned recruitment. What does this mean? Removing cheap sales tactics and moving away from consultants being driven purely by call stats. Instead, we focus on providing genuine value.

Founded by experienced consultants with global agency backgrounds, CloudSeekers was built to bring focus, precision, and long-term thinking to Data Centers, NetSuite and Cloud Recruitment.

Following university, I took a role in recruitment as a short term fix. What started as a temporary step quickly turned into something far more meaningful. I built a successful career in the industry and discovered a genuine passion for it.

After leaving a senior management role at a corporate agency, we started CloudSeekers with a simple idea. To build the kind of recruitment business we believed the industry needed.

Five years later we have grown from working out of a kitchen with very little capital to building a team of nearly ten people. Along the way we have been fortunate to work with incredible clients and candidates across the cloud ecosystem.

Our goal remains the same today as it was at the start. To build a company that people enjoy working with and are proud to be part of. With strong values, a competitive mindset, and deep knowledge of our market, we believe we are only at the beginning of what CloudSeekers can become.

I fell into recruitment shortly after the COVID pandemic and quickly realised I’d found something I genuinely care about. I’ve always been a people person, and this role allows me to work with and speak to some incredible individuals every day. I feel very fortunate to call this my job.

After four years with a global recruitment company, I saw first hand how large businesses can prioritise short term wins over long term relationships. That never sat right with me. My vision for CloudSeekers was simple. Build an agency that grows alongside its partners. I want to support businesses for the next ten years, not just make one placement and move on.

As one of the Founders of the business it allows me to work in a way that reflects my values. Moving away from outdated, transactional recruitment and towards something more transparent, relationship led and commercially smart.

Having 10+ years experience in the customer facing industry, I’ve always had an idea of building a successful, ethical business from scratch. CloudSeekers was born through my own personal experience of seeing the recruiter to client relationship neglected due to the corporate nature of agencies. Building and maintaining this relationship is at the forefront of what CloudSeekers do, allowing us to provide a personalised service to every client.
